Anthony R Latina
I was born and raised in Westlake, Ohio. I attended St. Edward High School and graduated with a 3.8 GPA and a 29 on my ACT. I received a full ride to attend Loyola University of Chicago School of Business. I decided not to go at all. Instead, I saved $2,000 dollars and went to Hondros College in Independence and got my real estate license in 3 weeks. I never looked back. It was the best decision I ever made. College is not for everyone. I am a text book example of that. I hit the ground running and sold $6,000,000.00 of real estate in my first 10 months. I love my job. It is the most electrifying feeling giving the house keys to a new homeowner. When people move, new chapters begin in their lives. I come from a very large home building background. My grandmother Lois Latina of Latina Builders and my uncles Rocco and Richard Puzzitiello of Parkview Homes and Hennie Homes built a large portion of the West Side. We have been building Northeast Ohio for more than 80 years. My great grandfather Rocco Puzzitiello Senior was a founding member of Home Builders Association. We have built some of the most prestigious West Side and Westlake neighborhoods such as Capel Vale, Cobblestone Chase, Royal Woods, Queens Ct, Lake Forest, Settler’s Reserve and Woodpath. We then expanded further west to Red Tail Golf Club in Avon and later reached as far as Strongsville and Brecksville, building the neighborhoods of High Point, Stonebridge, Siedel’s Landing, The Woodlands, Westwood Farms, West Chase Landings and The Preserve at Parkside.
